Personalized Online Coaching

Personalized Online Coaching is for someone looking for an alternative way to personal training. Still getting precise programme construction, nutritional and supplementation advice to one’s specific health needs. Whilst having correspondence with a world-class personal trainer! There will be weekly check-ins and coach contact.

Monthly fee = ZAR 3 000
Monthly fee = $ 160 +-

We are looking for long term clients that are serious about their aspiration towards a better and healthier lifestyle (6 / 12 month contracts with 30 day notice). Those who are interested in shorter durations, this can still be arranged for you. Training programmes will be delivered via interactive digital documentation. Programme Delivery via Digital Documentation

We want you to succeed so we try to do our part by giving you the tools necessary to take your training to the next level. That is why we make sure that our programme delivery process is as seamless as possible. You will have access to your programme and coaching via interactive digital documentation. Essentially you will be ready to go from anywhere. So there are no excuses!

How Tool-Specific Programmes are Structured

All tool-specific programmes are ensembled with 4 primary mesocycles, each mesocycle consisting of 3 months – “Building Blocks, Starting Strength, Performance and Athlete”(fundamental skills and movements will be taught over this period).  Each mesocycle is a progression of the previous, catering to all shapes and sizes, both beginners and advanced.

Tool Specific programmes come in different tools: Bodyweight, Kettlebell, Barbell, and my Strength & Conditioning Programme that includes all 3 of these tools!

Building Blocks

Building Blocks has been developed around my training methodology of primal movement. This will allow you to refine and educate your neurological system – building a strong foundation for these movement patterns.

Starting Strength

Starting Strength reinforces the principles and skills learnt in the “Building Blocks” programme. It has been developed around my training methodology of primal movement. These fundamental skills and movement will require a higher demand for strength, conditioning and movement quality. This will allow you to continue to refine and educate your neurological system.

Performance

Performance recruits the principles and skills learnt in both “Building Blocks” and “Starting Strength” programmes – around my training methodology of primal movement. In the Performance programme I have progressed the primal movements – to continue to build your neurological system (mind-body connection), ramped up the intensity, thus increasing the demand of strength, conditioning and movement quality.

Athlete

Athlete recruits all principles and skills learnt through “Building Blocks”, “Starting Strength” & “Performance” programmes – around my training methodology of primal movement. In the Athlete programme I have progressed the primal movements – to continue to build your neurological system (mind-body connection). The Athlete programme is physically demanding and our most elite programme, therefore there is an increased demand of strength, conditioning and movement quality.

Available in Building Blocks, Starting Strength, Performance and Athlete!

The Strength & Conditioning Programme is my elite programme and has been specifically designed around all 3 tools – bodyweight, kettlebell, and barbell. We have constructed the programme by reverse-engineering the more complex movements into their fundamental patterns for the lower mesocycles and layering the skills of the programme, as we go through the mesocycles. Creating an elite strength & conditioning curriculum!

Monthly fee = ZAR 1 000 – 1 500.
Monthly fee = $ 60 – 80+-

The Strength & Conditioning Programme is for someone who is looking to get into shape and learn with bodyweight, kettlebell, and barbell exercises. You’ll learn multiple principles and strength skills like – Maximal Muscle Tension, Grind and Ballistic movements – which has a high carryover to a great number of applications. The programme will promote great strength, muscle flexibility and joint mobility.

Online Coaching / Structured Training Programmes is for someone who is looking for an alternative way to personal training. Still getting precise programme construction, having access to a number of manuals and eBooks to assist you with your fitness and health needs. Whilst having correspondence to a world-class personal trainer! There will be monthly check-ins and coach contact.

With programmes ranging anywhere from 4 -12 weeks, respectfully with your level (beginner, intermediate or advanced). Training programmes will be delivered via a interactive digital documentation. If you’re interested or would like more information please contact me.
